There is literally nothing on our flavour wheel quite like Root Beer. When Mitch & Nico first got their hands on the legendary GMO Rootbeer photoperiod cut, it felt like unearthing the Necronomicon. We’re not entirely sure of the summoning rituals Mean Gene and Skunktek had to do to create this beast of a photoperiod, but we quickly became fully paid-up members of the cult, worshipping at the terpene altar. We fired up the Mephisto mountain lab, cued in the thunder, lightning and maniacal cackling and got down to work, eventually selecting Toof Decay to Meph-up the photo cut. She’s big and yields like a champ, and slaps you with rich milk chocolate, dark cola, and that classic savoury GMO something-or-other. 

We’ve paired our Root Beer with a number of standout selections from our catalogue. As true F1 Limited Editions, these strains have been tested by a handful of community members in advance of the release, but haven’t had the extensive mass-testing that a main catalogue strain goes through.
